What Payment Options do you offer?

  • We offer local as well as global payment options. Once logged in, go to deposit and you will have a full overview of available options. (VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo/Switch Debit card, Bank transfer, NETELLER, Moneybookers, paysafecard, WebMoney, Western Union, PayNetCom)
  • Please note that payment method availability is dependent on registered country and currency.

How do I make a deposit to my account?
Login and click on “deposit” at the top left corner next to your username. In the following page choose the method of deposit you wish to use.
Methods of deposit:
Credit/Debit Card

  • Regular VISA and MasterCard cards are accepted. Visa Electron debit cards are also accepted but it’s up to the discretion of the issuing bank if such cards can be used for internet purchases.

  • UK residents choosing GBP as currency on their betting account may also use Switch/Maestro and Solo debit cards. Depositing with Switch/Maestro and Solo debit cards doesn’t incur any charges.

  • On the deposit by credit card page:

    1. Select type of card
    2. Fill in the 16-19 digit number on your card without leaving any spaces.
    3. Insert the expiry date (For SOLO/Switch/Maestro also enter Issue number, Start date)
    4. Enter card holder name, please note that you are only allowed to use your own card.
    5. Write the CVV2 / CVC2 (last 3 digits on the back of your credit card)
    6. Enter the amount you wish to deposit
    7. Click on confirm
    8. If your issuing bank and card is enrolled in the 3DSecure program (Verified by VISA/MasterCard SecureCode) will you be directed to your bank for verification.

  • The amount will be deposited into your account within 30 seconds.
    Please note that deposits by credit/debit cards incur a 2.5% charge (Solo/Switch/Maestro debit no charge).
    Minimum deposit is of 10 EUR or equivalent in other currencies.
  • The credit/debit card will be billed as www.expekt.com or expekt.com on the invoice/bank statement.
  • Verified by VISA protects your VISA card with a password on PIN code that you create, giving you assurance that only you can use your VISA card online. Register the card via your issuing bank and you will then be re-directed to your bank for verification at the deposit. Please contact your bank if you experience any problem in relation to the registration or verification process.
  • MasterCard SecureCode enhances your card with a secret code to protect against unauthorized use of the card. Register the card via your issuing bank and you will then be re-directed to your bank for verification at the deposit. Please contact your bank if you experience any problem in relation to the registration or verification process.
Bank transfer

  • On the deposit by bank transfer page, find the bank in your country with the corresponding bank account details to which you would like to make the deposit to. Always enter the ‘’Payment Reference’’ in the message to beneficiary when making a bank transfer.

  • Deposits via bank usually take 2-4 banking days to reach your betting account.

  • If you deposit money in a currency that is different from your betting account currency the current exchange rate will be used and handling charge of 5.00 EUR will be deducted from the deposited amount.

  • Minimum deposit is of 10 EUR or equivalent in other currencies.

  • Expekt.com does not apply any charges but we suggest you check details with your bank.
NETELLER

  • The NETELLER account is like an online wallet. You can withdraw and deposit to and from your Expekt.com account using NETELLER.
  • NETELLER deposit/withdrawal is available in USD, EUR and GBP. If you have a different currency in your Expekt account the funds will be converted according to the current exchange rates.

  • Minimum deposit amount 10 EUR or the equivalent in other currencies.

  • Expekt.com does not apply an extra charge for this service.

  • The amount deposited is credited to your betting account instantly.
  • Deposits which have been done through NETELLER must have been turned over at least once before a withdrawal can be made or a fee will be charged.

I have deposited money via a bank transfer. When is the balance available for betting on my Expekt.com account?

  • It takes 1-5 banking days before your bank transfer is received. As soon as the payment transaction has been booked, your betting account balance will be updated.
Is it secure to make deposits via credit card?

  • You can use your credit card in total confidence as all details are stored on a secure server protected by the latest firewall systems.

  • All Visa card deposits are protected with Verified by Visa.

How do I withdraw money from my account?
Login and click on “withdraw” at the top left corner next to your username. In the following page choose your preferred withdrawel method.
Methods of Withdrawal:
Bank transfer

  • Fill in name and address of the bank, IBAN (International Bank Account Number), and SWIFT/Sort code.

  • Once the transfer data has been correctly entered, then the transaction can begin. Please note that it could take 2-5 banking days before the amount transferred is credited to your account.
Visa Credit card

  • Withdrawal to VISA credit/debit card. This option is available to withdraw using the same credit card as for all your previous deposits. If you use more than one credit card, you will have the option to withdraw on the card with which you made the most deposits in the previous 3 months. This also applies to those who have only one credit card. Maximum withdrawal amount per day is €4000. Expekt.com does not apply charges but we suggest that you check details with your bank.

  • Normal bank clearing arrangements apply (3-5 banking days). Some banks may impose their own charges for receiving funds, which we are unable to cover. Please check with your bank for details. Withdrawal is only available to VISA credit/debit card.
NETELLER

  • The NETELLER account is like an online wallet.

  • Via NETELLER it is possible to deposit and withdraw funds from your expekt.com account. NETELLER deposit/withdrawal is available in USD, EUR, SEK and GBP. If you have a different currency in your expekt.com account, the funds will be converted according to the current exchange rates.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount is €10. Maximum withdrawal is €5000 per day.

  • The processing time for a NETELLER withdrawal is usually within 48 hrs.

  • Deposits which have been made through NETELLER must be turned over at least once before a withdrawal can be made or a fee of 3.9% will be charged.


Moneybookers

  • The MoneyBookers account is like an online wallet.

  • Via MoneyBookers it is possible to deposit and withdraw funds from your Expekt.com account.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount is €10. Maximum withdrawal is €5000 per day.

  • The processing time for a Moneybookers withdrawal is usually within 48 hrs.

  • Deposits which have been made through Moneybookers must be turned over at least once before a withdrawal can be made or a fee of 3% will be charged.
PayNetCom/Union Pay

  • PayNetCom is connected with major banks in Asia to process debit cards providing a most secure and safe online e-wallet payment gateway.
