What can I do?
- We suggest that you delete
the Temporary Internet files as
well as Cookies from your
Internet Browser following the
instructions below:
1. Close down your Internet
browser
2. Right click on the icon for
Internet Explorer on your
desktop
3. Left click on Properties
4. In the window that pops up,
choose to delete your Internet
files
5. Confirm by clicking OK
6. Now choose to delete your
Cookies
7. Confirm by clicking OK
8. Restart you Internet browser
