Live Streaming Terms & Conditions

1. Access to
Expekt.com Live Streaming
1.1 Expekt.com Live Streaming shall only be
accessible to End Users who have an account
with Expekt.com Company Limited (hereinafter
‘Expekt.com’) and who have funds in their
account. Expekt.com reserves the right to
vary access conditions in relation to all or
some events, including but limited to a
minimum amount of funds to be present in End
User account, in which case all End users
will be duly informed in advance.
1.2. Access to specific events and matches
depends upon your geographical location. The
events you can view from within your region
will be listed in the scheduled matches.
1.3. At present, access to Expekt.com Live
Streaming is free of charge. However,
Expekt.com reserves the right to introduce
access, subscription or other fees in which
case all End users will be duly informed in
advance.
1.4. Expekt.com reserves the right to at its
sole discretion to deny, limit or terminate
access to Expekt.com Live Streaming. The End
User should also be aware that all content
on Expekt.com Live Streaming is subject to
change and Expekt.com may vary, suspend,
replace, add or withdraw content at its
absolute discretion without prior notice to
End Users.
1.5. End User access to Expekt.com Live
Streaming implies acceptance of these Terms
and Conditions. |

2. Technical
Requirements
2.1. For improved quality of Live Streaming,
Expekt.com recommends DSL or Cable Internet
connection, with at least 1,000 kbps.
2.2. The following system prerequisites are
also recommended: 1GB RAM, 2 GHz processor
and Adobe Flash Player Version 9.0.115 or
higher. |

3. Time Delays
3.1. Although Expekt.com Live Streaming is
advertised as “LIVE”, all content may be
subject to variable time delays, depending
on various factors such as internet
connection speed. Expekt.com does not accept
any responsibility for any End User losses
incurred as a result of reliance on
Expekt.com Live Streaming.

4. Exclusion of
Liability
4.1. Expekt.com cannot and does not
guarantee, expressly or implicitly, that
Expekt.com Live Streaming will be
uninterrupted, error-free or available at
any given time function (whether advertised
or not), that it will meet End User
technical requirements or operate well in
connection with any particular software of
hardware.
4.2. Expekt.com shall not be liable for any
direct or indirect loss, including but not
limited to loss of profit, data, business or
goodwill incurred due to reliance on the
capacity, availability or performance of
Expekt.com Live Streaming. |

5. Intellectual
Property Rights
5.1. The right to access Expekt.com Live
Streaming is for personal, non-transferable,
private and non-commercial use only. It is
strictly prohibited to copy, save, modify or
distribute the Expekt.com Live Streaming
content, or to assist or support any third
party doing so.
5.2. End Users are strictly prohibited from
broadcasting Expekt.com Live Streaming
content to a public audience, whether this
is done free of charge or against payment,
and from assisting or supporting any third
party doing so.
5.3. All content on Expekt.com Live
Streaming is protected by intellectual
property rights owned by third parties.
5.4. Any End User breaching these provisions
may incur legal consequences initiated
either by Expekt.com or by any relevant
third party. |

6. General
Provisions
6.1. Expekt.com reserves the right to amend
these Terms and Conditions at any time and
at its sole discretion. Although any
significant change will be brought to the
attention of all End Users, it is the End
User’s responsibility to check these Terms
and Conditions to ensure continued agreement
therewith. Use of the Expekt.com Live
Streaming will be deemed to be an acceptance
of any changes made to the Terms and
Conditions.
6.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed
by Maltese law. |
